Our Breakthrough Technology
A novel method for unifying magnetic confinement, heating and current drive in deuterium-tritium plasma greatly simplifies and lowers the cost of fusion energy.
We are currently demonstrating this plasma sustainment technology in both the HIT-SI3 and HIT-SIU experiments through a subcontract with the University of Washington, funded by an ongoing $3.46M U.S. DOE ARPA-E Cooperative Agreement.
